Long term accomodation within one of the last paradises in Europe in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean
We provide durable and responsible touristic lodging for 20 years, and with the covid crisis, we decided to rent one of our accomodations per year.
A former tea plantation, the Queimadas domain hosts a large house, two touristic accomodations and a small studio already occupied by a single person.
We propose a comfortable one room (with kitchen and bathroom) apartment. It has a reduced carbon footprint and is very quiet, without neigbours except for the Quinta hosts and the other guests.

Located on a beautiful hillside of the island, in a region known for its pristine environment, near Tronqueira—a vast protected forest.
The village of Nordeste is 4 km away (2 km on foot via hiking trails), offering all essential shops and services: schools, a hospital, a pharmacy, a garage, gas stations, banks, small supermarkets, a fish market, a butcher, and more.

This fully furnished rental includes everything—Internet, water, energy (even firewood for the stove)—so there are no additional costs or bills.
However, a vehicle is necessary.
We have lived here for 25 years and can assist with your transition, providing advice to help you integrate.
